back in the land of blog......

yep, I'm still in blog land although those that check in regularly may have thought the opposite!!

Life is just flying by at the moment and I don't seem to get 5 Min's to do anything.
Knitting is taking a huge knock, I seem to be getting knitting dementia.

seriously I have tried repeatedly this week to get my swap pals sock sorted, and for the life of me just cant get it going, I have been trying to knit socks I have knit previously, but just cant get them going, making real stupid mistakes.. ripping is now my favourite pass time.
Not sure if its tiredness, or whether I may need to get some new glasses, or just start knitting with real big chunky yarn & monster needles...!!

Had a fab swap pal from my sock it to me 3 pal.. I have really enjoyed this swap. Going to get hubby to upload software for my phone camera so i can upload pics for you.
Aiming to do major post at some point. Now have 4 days off..... YIPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Life? well signed up for cycle china[ charity fundraising] next year with 3 work pals, and that is looking to be real good fun, if you ignore all the hard work we have to put in, including raising £14k for the charity!!

Have bought my ticket for UK ravelry day, and booked in for the dyeing workshop, so all you lovely swap pals who sent me goodies for creating my own hand dyed sock yarn, you may well see some done...

Also booked for skiing hol next year in Lapland with 60 friends!! adults & kids, am really looking forward to that as are the boys.

work is getting much better, less stress, still high work load but loving it again.

Kids, well Ethan managed to be successful in his application for his prefered secondary school, and is looking forward to being a big boy, just don't think he realises the size of the school.. Will be good for Ciaran to step out of his brothers shadow too, and start making friends of his own , rather than hanging out with his brothers friends.

Hubby continues to tick over, hes my rock in y chaotic mad world.

Dental abscess now resolved, killer tooth had to be removed, not good as had to have the infection injected!!! ouch, before they could attempt the extraction, had very attractive swollen face for a few days, but the relief..... wow......

Generally life is looking a lot better than it did last year, Im not getting to hopefull as my life does have a habit of things poping up and biting your bum!! but hey, at the mo' lifes looking good.....
